Tap to AGI: как удалить свои данные

В игре
- Откройте Tap to AGI.
- Нажмите шестерёнку вверху справа, откроются «Настройки».
- Нажмите «Удалить все данные».
- Подтвердите кнопкой «Стереть всё».
Если интернета нет, удаление на сервере произойдёт при следующем запуске игры с интернетом.
Без игры
Если игра уже удалена, напишите на support@georgespring.com с темой «Удалить данные Tap to AGI». Укажите модель телефона и примерную дату последней игры, чтобы мы нашли аккаунт. Ответим в течение 30 дней.
Что удаляется
- Анонимный игровой аккаунт и ключ доступа.
- Прогресс, облачное сохранение, игровые валюты и награды.
- Игровая статистика и письма от разработчика.
- Всё, что игра хранит на устройстве.
Что остаётся и сколько
- Резервные копии сервера: до 14 дней, потом удалённые данные исчезают и оттуда.
- Записи о покупках (номер заказа, товар, время) без связи с аккаунтом: для учёта и защиты от повторного зачисления.
- Данные, которые собрали Google Play и Google AdMob, хранятся по правилам Google.
Отменить удаление нельзя: прогресс восстановить не получится.

In the game
- Open Tap to AGI.
- Tap the gear at the top right to open Settings.
- Tap Delete all data.
- Confirm with Erase everything.
Without internet, the server part is deleted the next time the game starts online.
Without the game
If the game is already uninstalled, write to support@georgespring.com with the subject "Delete Tap to AGI data". Include your phone model and the approximate date you last played so we can find the account. We reply within 30 days.
What is deleted
- The anonymous game account and access key.
- Progress, cloud save, in-game currencies and rewards.
- Game statistics and developer mail.
- Everything the game stores on the device.
What is kept, and for how long
- Server backups: up to 14 days, after which deleted data is gone from them too.
- Purchase records (order number, item, time) without any link to the account: for accounting and to prevent double crediting.
- Data collected by Google Play and Google AdMob is kept under Google's policies.
Deletion cannot be undone: progress cannot be restored.
